yeah i understand that some fans are too creepy, and get too far into the maine’s lives, but if you’re looking at their myspace / tumblr / twitter, you’re not creepy. they make those so we can look at them, they have the ones for the fans and the ones for their personal lives. SO next time you call someone a creep for looking at ‘john’s twitter’ remember that he made it FOR HIS FANS TO DO THAT. it probably bothers you more then them. :)
& the ‘you’ in here isn’t towards the creator either.

I it when people call Garrett an asshole. I really don’t understand how you could do that. I mean, maybe he just doesn’t appreciate being mobbed by fans all day. I’m sure he loves his fans. Actually, I’m POSITIVE. I’m pretty sure he’s just as sweet as Kennedy, or Jared, or Pat, or John. Maybe even sweeter. Maybe he just gets a bit awkward when you scream “OHMYGAAAWD! GAAAARRREEETT! TAKE A PICTURE WITH MEE!” or scream “OOOHMYGAAWD! HAVE MY BAAABIES!” or something like that. I’m not saying all fans do, but I’m just saying that maybe the people that DO, do that are the ones making him so upset? Just give him some air, people. He drives from city to city everyday just to play a 30 minute show for YOU. He does it all for YOU. So next time you call him an or a jerk for not bowing down to you and worshiping you for being so kind as to come to a show, think of all the things he does for you. Think of how much sleep he gets on a daily basis, think of how much he misses his friends/ family back home. And think of how he left it all just to entertain you. Then say that he’s an asshole.

I absolutely can’t stand when people are tellin other kids to stay out of the band’s life and shit because “they don’t know shit”. but really, do you know shit either? I mean with the whole Kenny cheating on Gabi thing raised a lot of hell and everyone was freakin out either saying that one was in the wrong or the other one was. then there were the people yelling at everyone on Gab’s side like, “you don’t know shit about it so stop judging Kenny.”
But you know, you don’t know shit about it either! i mean like, how do you know it isn’t true? How do you know that Kenny’s innocent or that there’s more to the story or whatevs? I mean like seriously. You just wanna defend your little boy because you can’t stand the fact that your innocent little angel from the Maine could be anything less than god. HE CAN BE IN THE WRONG TOO.
Not to mention, by tellin us to stay out of it, your letting us know that you’re paying attention and reading up on it too and that puts you into it, now doesn’t it?
Bands are famous. People will get involved in their shit. stop acting like the “bigger fan” and all holy and shit because no one’s buying it. We all wanna see the best in people, but sometimes there’s nothing to see.

While browsing these, I noticed one thing - you fans of the Maine REALLY like your rants! To tell the truth, I think I saw more ‘rants’ than ‘secrets’ on any of the secret sites! And I have to say, you guys have some points to make, things to say, and I want you to get your rants out of the secrets and into a place where they belong.
This is what sprung the idea of a -insertbandname- Rants type of blog. (: Hopefully, it’ll take off and we can finally separate the rants from the secrets, the boys from the men, etc. Just follow the formsprings link in the sidebar and type up what you want me to say. Everything is monitored so anything too offensive will be either deleted or will have a strike-out through it for an optional read.
If this happens, let it be known that THESE RANTS ARE NOT MY PERSONAL OPINION. I will try my best to post EVERYTHING, even the things I don’t agree with. Don’t blame me for other people’s opinions.
